SUPERB!!!
But classical Indian dance should be represented on DID just like contemporary, hip hop, and other dance styles. I’ve seen it performed wonderfully on Boogie Woogie and DID season 1. A great dancer can wow the crowd with any dance form.
She did well mixing classical dance steps with more contemporary and filmi movements. Not my favorite, but it was a great attempt.
To those making negative comments – classical Indian dance IS REAL dance. It is not just for functions or ‘cultural days’. Nikitasha needs to improve on being entertaining according to DID’s standards.
At least she did something different this time. Other times she would just do the same song and dress also… lolz . It’s good, what she did but still need a little away from perfect…..

OMG this shit should not even be consider good enought for a tv show and national dancers. Its ok for weddings and culture days, but for real dancers and the judges are st dumb sounding and looking,,,lol whata joke for dancers..lol
people that think this is not great (or at least acceptable), probably have not been exposed to a different culture than their own.

Very beautiful. The clothes are amazing to look at, and the dance is so exotic to behold.
I think India remains one of the cultures that doesn’t make women feel like they need objectify themselves to fit in to society.
